I purchased an expensive bike 11 years ago and never did an annual tune up. I rode the bike a great deal in 2020 and am riding a lot in 2021. The bike began making some unfamiliar sounds. I recently brought my folding bike in for service. This was my first time ever coming to a bike shop. The service was the best. She was honest with me about my bike and offered me great suggestions.
