Panera Bread

Yesterday we placed a relatively large order (over $60.00) and there were a couple of issues. We are all human and mistakes will be made. It’s how the mistakes are handled that counts. Panera Bread at 5975 N Federal Hwy handled my issues professionally, and respectfully.
Both managers I’ve spoken with wanted to help me…they wanted to make it right. I understand that numerous staff members handle the pick up orders. That makes it difficult to control the outcome.
All that being said, i will pickup the replacement items when we next visit the store the next time we order on-line.
This location should be proud of their management staff. Your recuiting and training efforts have paid off

Everything about Panera is perfect. I just hope that they can continue their perfect momentum through the years. Because they have met a real need for the population to have a place where they can meet safely and harmoniously. I just dropped someone off at the airport, then swung by the Panera Bread for a cuppa coffee. And with the 899 deal, for just $8.99 you get unlimited coffee or a brewed item, You never have to worry about not having enough for a little thoughtful treat. Thank you Panera bread!

Place was virtually empty. Waited over 10 minutes to try to order. 1 new girl taking orders and couldn’t do a simple sandwich or answer questions. . Panera sure isn’t what it used to be….🙄 “Manager” got super annoyed because I was frustrated. I explained I was trying to get food for my friend who is dying in hospice nearby and I just asked if they could puleeese just get my order together?
Zero customer service . Worst location! That manager actually called the police as she was tired of dealing with me. She told them I was cursing (was not) and pitching a fit ( was not). ZERO customer service skills, no empathy.I will NEVER step foot in there again & will tell my friends not to as well. It was the craziest experience I’ve ever had….

Visited the place on a Saturday morning, a lot of customers in line but only one cashier was helping us all, it took a while for another employee to come from the back to help at the register. Not the employees fault it was obvious that they had a skeleton crew today. Food on the other hand was great, very clean place, lots of room and tables to sit on. The cashier apologized with me many time for the delay. Very polite cashier even though some customers were not happy. Overall great service and nice place to eat.
