I hate this bank more n more every day the bankers have no ideal what they are doing reason sad I have to walk them thru how to do there job n share with them i use to be a banker for wells an I know the rules

One of the best Wells Fargo’s I have gone in, very well managed and very fast lines. The bankers are very attentive to my needs and do not become impatient when I have a list of necessities. They have a very large parking lot, and a convenient drive-through ATM along with 2 indoors.

I sometimes feel bad for the employees as this location tends to attract a short-fused crowd, I’ve seen many customers argue with bankers about things out of their control.

Worst branch of a bank that couldn’t care less about customer service. If you are doing anything besides getting change for a dollar pick another bank! It took 45 minutes to ask me what I was there. Then I was told only one employee in the branch can open a new business account, and she was busy. When she finally emerged she laughed that we waited over an hour. Customer service is dead!

Horrendous service. Every single time that I go, whether it be morning, afternoon or evening, the wait is outrageous. Due to an error on Wells Fargo’s part, I haven’t had my debit card for a week. They were supposed to mail me a new one and never did. It took an extra call to them in order to have them ship it out. I have been trying to get a temporary debit card from this location for the past week, but haven’t been able to because of the fact that every time I go, there is a long wait. My work schedule conflicts with their operating hours. I try to go during my half hour break, but I can never get a card because of the long wait. The last time I tried, I actually waited over twenty minutes before I had to leave. I called in to see if they would be able to arrange something so that I could actually get my temporary card and this was the exchange I had:

A woman answered and I explained my story to her. She told me they do not pre-print cards. This would have been an acceptable answer had she have not been rude about it. I explained to her that every time I go in I have to wait and I cannot due to the fact that I can only go during my lunch break. She proceeded to inform me that when my banking is involved, I should make the time and be prepared. She said in her case, when she has to do something related to her banking, she makes sure that she has the time or she goes on Saturdays because she has multiple other bank accounts at other banks and basically knows how to properly do this.

1.) Have you been to a bank on a Saturday? I went last Saturday in an attempt at getting a card and the line was literally out of the door. I work all week. I don’t plan on spending hours at a bank for a five minute process.
2.) I’m glad that her banking experiences are always planned out. She must have some extra time on her hands in order to properly plan out her banking needs. I also could care less about her banking because this isn’t about her. It is about the customer/client.
3.) This is horrendous customer service. I wish I caught her name. Alas, I was too aggravated to think about that at the moment.

And no, this review is not based solely upon her inability to properly perform in a customer service oriented atmosphere. It is based upon my general experience with the bank each and every time I (regrettably) entered it. I am switching back to chase this week because Wells Fargo has been nothing but a headache.
