McDonald’s

Because I asked for my sugar and creamer on the side of my coffee order they gave me a thick black old coffee or it was instant. It didn’t taste like fresh made coffee. I wasn’t given enough sugar or cream to make it light and sweet. I had to dump it on the ground. I thought about asking for another but they played a trick on me at the window by handing me a bag with a sandwich for which I took to be my creamer and sugar. Asked if I ordered a sandwich too and I said only coffee and she snatched the bag from my hand. I looked in the cup to see had they added cream and sugar but no. So she handed me a bunch of creamers and sugars that I can hardly grasp because my left hand is a bit shriveled. Mcdonald’s in florida seems to be staffed mostly by gang like characters. They are mean, snappy and suspicious. The food can’t be called food anymore.

I saw a McDonald’s manager, her name is Latoya, disrespect and humiliate a doordash driver in front of everybody. The disturbing part was how comfortable she felt when she was doing that. It’s like she’s confident that nothing can be done about that. If doing business with third party delivery services is not beneficial for McDonald’s, they have to stop doing business with them but do not allow your employees to disrespect. They’re just trying to survive just like many of us

Ordered a breakfast meal with a frappe and got sent to the 3rd window for frappe. More than 7 minutes to get any attention after being sent to third window to wait for my frappe(5 cars passed me from window 2). Gotta wonder why they can’t serve something on their menu in under 10 minutes total. Fast food? Hardly.

The time was after 12 am Saturday. The crew was quick the food great temperature and the service was definitely with the customer in mind. Thank you I am fairly new to McDonald’s

One of the best place….you are eating real McDonald’s sandwiches at this place. Great job.
