This is a very top notch office from the front desk and hygiene to the Doctor.
Dr. Rieger is personable and knowledgable, he always has the patients best interest in mind. In addition to cleanings and dental work I have also had a ZOOM Whitening session which turned out amazing. I highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs.

Kristin and Jessica at the front are super nice! They walked me through the whole office to show me around. Natasha was awesome too! Highly recommended!

I have been in the dental field for over 26 years and I have never been so insulted in all my life. I remember the days when dentist were honest. This dentist comes from NY trying to get rich in pompano. I just thank god that I am able to spot a crook. I had a cleaning appointment today with a very rude hygienist that most likely works on commission. I wasn’t surprised to see the turnover in this office, everyone looks terrified to make a mistake. I had received my EOB and I was overcharged. At check out I told the receptionist and she said that she didn’t know anything about it. I think if you’re trying to run a high end office you should have some concern. The receptionist didn’t bother to charge me for this visit , but also didn’t offer me a next appointment. I’m usually in a rush, but you can trust me that I will be calling my insurance and getting my overcharges returned to me. Fortunately I don’t need to return to this office.

I had a first experience at this fine establishment by the name of Park Plaza. First and foremost customer service from the time I stepped foot in the building from Natasha was outstanding. The huge twist was the thorough evaluation and treatment plan from the doctor. However, to finish me off Ross the office manager and the rest of the staff was amazing they made me feel like family. That to me is what will keep me on retainer and make every dollar I spent justifiable. When you think of the top tier dentist offices make sure to put Park Plaza in that category. I know from firsthand experience I will.
