The doctors personality is wonderful but the front office staff was a mess. Every time I call for an appointment you always had somebody else to call back to give you the appointment and a lot of the times they did not.Also the doctor kept me on a med that was obsolete and could cause liver damage I was surprised with her extensive background in HIV care that she would be more on top of what was going on that really disappointed me. 31 yrs. ago when 10 doctors told me that I was imagining my symptoms and I couldn’t keep my eyes open and thought I was dying, I went to see Dr. Gorensek at Cleveland Clinic. I had all but given up hope in finding out what was wrong with me. She was thorough, compassionate, kind and caring, diagnosing me with Epstein-Barr virus. I can’t tell you what a relief it was to finally know what was wrong and I’ve not forgotten how amazing this doctor is. Thank you Dr. Gorensek.

Dr. Gorensek in extremely bright and well prepared in her field. Her medical knowledge is notable, and she adds to it a sense of dedication and compassion. Her patients know that she will be there for them despite her busy schedule. She leaves no stone unturned in seeking answers and inspires great confidence.
