Dr. Valentina R. Bradley, MD

I was blown away with my first impression of the Doctor’s office. It is very important to me that the place I go for medical care is clean and Dr. Bradley does a great job in keeping it that way. I have been a patient for many years and her staff, starting with her Manager Chanell, always greets with a smile and are very professional. Dr. Bradley on every visit was very professional and very thorough with the care I was given. I highly recommend this office for all dermatology needs.

I am a current patient of Dr. Bradley Valentina, she is very professional and compassionate with her patients, I been suffering from hormonal black spots since I turn 40 and she is able to treat my pigmentation with the right ingredients. Now my skin looks beautiful, no more black spots. She is a great doctor and I am so grateful for how she was able find the right formula. Very knowledgeable all types of skin. Most of the people I know goes to see her. I highly recommend her. She is amazing!

Dr. Valentina is a beautiful example of what a knowledgeable and caring doctor should be! She is thorough, takes time to listen, and with precision gives you, the patient, expert care. I highly recommend her and her staff for any and all your dermatology needs.

I can’t really give the doctor herself 2 stars but I can give it to her office. Never got to see this doctor that I specifically was referred to because of her credentials and great demeanor. When I called and made an appointment, the person on the other end of the line was new? Or was filling in? Or didn’t know what she was doing? I make an appointment for 9am on a Wednesday but apparently the office has no record of it.
Now, how I know this is because I call the office to let them know I’m running a little late and I didn’t want them to think I wasn’t showing up, only to be told I have no appointment. Well, that’s upsetting! Considering I took off work, made it early in the AM so I wouldn’t have to take a full day off, CALLED A MONTH OR MORE IN ADVANCED, just to be told, “sorry.” Ok, well, it wasn’t the woman who I was speaking to fault and the real upset inside of all of this, is that the woman at the front desk was basically calling me a liar. She said repeatedly that, “we don’t have patients that call or come here without an appointment.” Well, I would hope not but, that’s why I MADE AN APPOINTMENT! Not only that but, there was nothing like, I’m sorry let me see when I can get you in ASAP. “So sorry for the inconvenience with all of this!” or anything like that.
I’m sure this doctor is really good. And, tbh, I hate to have to rate her based on staff and, I’m going to rate her based on her staff.

Dr. Bradley is awesome! She is very nice and approachable. She took the time to ensure my questions were answered, which I also appreciate. Her staff is pleasant and respectful and the office is well kept and up to date. The only down side is that as a new patient it can take up to about 3 months to get an appointment (which is not unheard of for highly sought after specialists). Nonetheless, I was happy with the overall experience and it was worth the wait to find a dermatologist I really like!
