Hilsa was very friendly, helpful and prompt. I am from Seattle, WA and told her I needed help to send a birthday bouquet the same day. I gave her my budget and she texted me several beautiful options. She made the process easy and quick! And she put together a gorgeous bouquet. I will definitely call them again when I need another bouquet next year.

I live out of state and ordered flowers for my mother’s 91st birthay and the experience was amazing in all aspects. Hilsa, who I believe is the owner of Promoidea, texted me photos of several arrangements to choose from. All were beautiful and my wife and I chose our favourite one which we thought my mother would like. Hilsa then suggested we add a balloon which we did. She then texted a picture of the final bouquet with a large heart-shaped balloon and it was stunning to say the least. And to my surprise, her shop had beautifully written my mother’s name on the balloon. Delivery was done within a couple of hours, which thrilled me, and most importantly my mother was surprised and thrilled. My mother told me the balloon even played a happy birthday tune when she pressed on the balloon. Thanks Hilsa for helping make my mother’s birthday so special.

Ordered a basket and stuffed animal for my mother’s 93rd birthday, delivered to her new memory care home. The basket was full of bright flowers and the stuffed Koala was soft and sweet. Very beautiful and beyond my expectations.
