Needs routine checkup inspections on washers to ensure its getting enough water circulation while clothes are washing, almost everytime I come here I have to remember which washer to use to make sure my clothes get clean properly, I shouldn’t have to ask for an “Water Jug” to fill washer with water, starting to not like coming here 😐

If I could give a negative five stars I would. We got there right before closing and the lady said we could come in if we were quick and for her being kind my husband even offered to tip her. We got our laundry in the washer, we paid for it, she offered to help put it in the dryer but not before first asking us to give her the tip she was promised and said she wanted $40 for staying open later and she would put our stuff in the dryer. We said no we will dry our own clothes, which we paid to do and told her we would tip her $20 for allowing us to finish our laundry past closing time. She than told us “ I guess your clothes can stay in the washer and you can come at 6am to get them” so she let us put our clothes in the washer, than basically said if we don’t pay her $40 we can’t dry our clothes and they have to stay in the washer over night. Terrible service. Will be going in the morning to see the manager and contacting the owner to report her.

This place has many machines. Very well lit. But machines are not well maintained with parts missing, like handles for pouring detergents. No sure conditioning for over three weeks. Sweat box and not comfortable doing laundry. Laundry mate charges quite high and to not have a/c, I don’t understand

It’s a bit expensive…. However it’s always clean. I will warn you to Keep your card!! It’s the key to the restroom and vending machines.

The technology is definitely up to date so you get what you pay for. I think trying to unload my card plays a big role in coming back🤣🤣
