Best Florida Resort

I booked a room through Air BnB six months ahead of arrival only to be told: we have no rooms and it isn’t our fault. Oh yeah, I also paid in September so they been earning money on my deposit while iI have no room in a fully booked town. Terrible! Sorry doesn’t begin to make up for this.

I booked this stay through Airbnb. I used Airbnb for the very first time for this day. I wish I discussed staying here with my girlfriend first before I booked. When we arrived at the place my name is plastered on the manager Office which is closed. The combination to access the key to my room was also posted. The TV was broken with speakers that were absolutely trash. The faucet on the shower ended up being broken and I think placed in there. I wasn’t even able to take a shower during my stay. There’s no way in hell I would recommend this place to anyone!

This place is amazing. If you want a quick getaway from the mundane. George the maintenance guy is especially great. Will stay here again. Its clean and private. Great trip.

Absolutely amazing little hideaway! Relaxing, awesome room that was HUGE with full small kitchen. Would definitely recommend and definitely stay again

This place was infested with German roaches, asked to be moved to another room was told none available. Had to go my raid to spray everything since they could not do anything until the next day. All they did was spray by the fridge and stove which I already did. Crawling in the cabinets, counter, walls, bathroom and coffee table. Since I called 3 time regarding this I was told to vacate the premises or manager would call the cops. I asked for my money back and was told only one night stay could be given but he did not know how to do it so again I had to wait until the next day. Terrible customer service, management, cleanliness of the hotel. The pictures on the sites do not reflect the actual place. Would not recommend this place to anyone. I was not the only customer that complained about the roaches either. I attached pictures to show just how bad it was. When your stuck in a place for 3 nights, no hotels available and no refund!!!
