Riverside Resort Pompano Beach

Checked in for one night. Was impressed with the cleanliness of the room, it seemed like it was just recently renovated. Phone check in girl (forgot her name) was so pleasant. Not a fan of the self check in but it worked fine. The place is highly overgrown for sure. It’s like a jungle but quaint. Our only complaint was the LOUD party right next door to us. I guess since there is no registration desk, there is I one to complain to. It was bad. Overall the stay was fine for one day.

This Hotel Change “a Lot” big time, i come here often and i can tell u that is change, when we arrived the room was super super clean, new staff working and taking care of me and my wife, ill come back for sure. thank u

Good location, good value. Completely renovated & upgraded… Very cute inside the room & very cute, calm & serene hidden tropical oasis outside the room/ on the grounds. Staff was very nice & helpful. Everything was quite clean, maids do a daily clean of the rooms & the grounds/ tiki oasis area

There are no signs but ** THE OFFICE IS LOCATED ON THE 4TH FLOOR, JUST OUTSIDE THE ELEVATOR **

As someone wrote, there are only 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 forks, spoons, knives… Ect. But, we are in a king room efficiency (typically for 2 people) . We are a family of 4 (with 2 young kiddos) & walked to Walgreens to buy plastic cutlery & paper plates = not a big deal! We are staying a week & I have been able to cook breakfast, lunch & dinner. Plus there are restaurants near by (walk &/or delivery). If you need more than 2, or want a full stove with oven to cook on, I suggest you upgrade your room?

They are a pet friendly hotel, but there is a pet fee… I was not aware of it before checking in & bringing our dog . They call it a “non-refundable deposit” . I call that a $100 pet fee (whether you stay 1 night or 1 month, it’s $100)

Maggie, in the office, was very courteous & helpful, all the staff is very pleasant here. I would recommend this place & I would/ will stay here again

DO NOT STAY HERE. Needed a clean, safe room to stay for one night. Was given a room, but the maid entered it without knocking moments later – as the room was not clean. I asked for her to vacuum and mop, but she said she doesn’t speak English. After several attempts to get a clean room, was asked to leave the property. Then the hotel refused to refund my money. DO NOT STAY HERE! What a racket. Unprofessional people. Filthy, dirty place.

Hands down the worst service and vacation stay we have ever had. The room has 2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 cups, 2 plates. We had to pay for our room twice because they “never received a payment” even though we had a booking number. There is no office. You have to check in and get all information over the phone. We have not received our $200 security deposit back in almost a month now. We have been hung up on because “I have another call goodbye”. Do not stay at this trashy poor serviced and ran resort. Ruined my husband and I’s entire vacation. Save the money and PLEASE book somewhere else. August 6-9th
