Mellow, relatively small time share property with a phenomenal view of the ocean (3rd floor) and above. Great location with clean and comfortable rooms!! You can’t go wrong with this place!!

4th year here. Would’ve been 5 stars if we didnt run into ants and cockroaches. Ants in the kitchen and cockroaches in the bedroom.

The best rooms are with view to the ocean.Landscape is beautiful. Not so good are the rooms across Ocean drive A1A. I paid for upgrade to have a view and was nice.

After last December’s stay here, I knew I would return. The management was very helpful and provided much information about things to do from Pompano to the Everglades. Very quiet this time of year, yet close enough to Ft. Lauderdale and Miami , if you want a day or evening of raucousness. The view of the Atlantic is perfect. In three minutes from my 6th story room, I can have my feet on the beach, five if I’m really taking my time. The staff is obviously well treated as they are all smiles and helpful. I have the studio apartment, perfect for me.

The best experience in a very long time. Great location. Spacious rooms, super clean. The staff was out of this world super nice. We traveled with our daughter and her service dog and not once was she embarrassed THANK YOU!!! usually we run into at least one person that upsets her. We will definitely be back loved it
