Informed me, the fire alarms have not been going off for a year..

Read the reviews guys. Derek also said, “he will not be told what to do” in regards to a refund. And he also said..”corporate doesn’t talk to people like you”.

Clean nice! Always stay at this Hotel every time I have business in South Florida. Good service and good places to have dinner.

Amazing hotel. I’ve stayed at 4 star hotels that were worse than this. Extremely clean (I always check by traveling with my own cleaning/sanitizing kit), amazing staff, great rooms. Yes, the fire alarm went off at 5:30 in the morning once but it’s not the hotels fault. It’s just the fault of whoever thought it was appropriate to smoke in their room. Karma will get them, I’m not worried. The staff were very apologetic about it. I don’t see it as a big deal. We loved our stay, it was very relaxing. Would love to come and stay again!

If you want the fire alarm to go off in the middle of the night and wake up you and your young children this is the place to come! My daughter is only 2 and told me she didn’t like this hotel…. General manager doesn’t know anything about customer service and couldn’t understand why we were upset and wanted our money back to go somewhere else. Guy at front desk even says the fire alarms go off a lot. Hell, even the firefights who responded said it was ridiculous and “they heard about this place…” From their co workers! Checked out and went somewhere else for a better experience. 10/10 would NOT recommend..

I contacted corporate and they had no idea. This has been on going for a year. Filter through the fake 5 star reviews. Grammar is perfect on a fake review. 1 stars are the honest truth. This place has a serious fire alarm issue.
