Phoenix Painting Co

We are next door. Although have never hired can say they are horrible neighbors. They drive through, park, drink and urinate on our property. When I saw the post about the guy who hired a painter who wound up squatting at his home (lmao) thought we should let consumers know who they may be potentially hiring.

From the BBB “I have a home in Kissimmee, Fl XXXXX. A painter named **** ***** contacted me to paint my property and my tenant moved out by then, I asked my tenant when they moved out just handed the keys to **** ***** of phoenix painting to do painting job. after got the keys **** called me he will start the job soon, when after a week I went to the property to pay him for painting I wonder nothing was done on top **** ***** alleged painter squard into my home with his ratty couch, wooden bed and lots of junk stuff. when I asked him why he moved in then said he has no place to live, eventually I have to evict him through court. Just want to aware the community from such **** ***** painters.”

It is my workplace and he is excellent.
