Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing

I attempted a home repair and crated a major problem which left us without water. Called several services and Lindstrom was the cheapest, available the soonest and was happy to help. Kris, the plumber, arrived early, happy and easy to work with, I explained what I buggered up and he made me feel a little better about myself, provided a very reasonable estimate for an emergency, Sunday afternoon repair, and immediately went to fixing the issue. 30 min or less later, the issue was fixed, we had water and all for a reasonable price. Very happy, I would recommend Kris without reservation.

The dispatcher called ahead to advise me when the service tech would arrive. The plumber arrived in a timely manner. He hooked up a new sink and re-installed my dishwasher and garbage disposal. He explained the steps in that process to me as well as suggested care and maintenance. An inspection of my plumbing was also completed.
I have used Lindstrom 4 times now- twice for A/C and twice for plumbing. I find them fair and efficient. Their scheduling and dispatch staff are both friendly and efficient.

We choose to use Lindstrom because they have highly professional and extremely well trained technicians. When I call for service, Steve is very pleasant, knowledgeable and schedules my appointment as quickly as possible. The technicians show up on time, they’re professional and pleasant, know what they’re doing and get the job done extremely well. I find their pricing very competitive and reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

We had an issue where one room was cooling better than the rest of the house and another room was cooling less than the rest of the house. Lindstrom came and did a job where they set up a new system in the attic where the room that was getting too much air was now getting less air to a smaller duct and the other room had another duct added to them allowing that room to cool better. It now appears that the whole house is cooling better since the change. They did a good job they cleaned up and left everything in great shape.
The service personnel were very friendly and appeared to be quite knowledgeable.

Today 11/224/2020 they came in for plumbing maintenance and repaired a toilet which was over flowing . Did a great job.

Marvin responded to my home and from the moment he introduced himself, he was nothing but professional and polite. Marvin was extremely informative and very patient! He explained my options multiple times and ensured that I understood each one. Although, he was unable to do the job today, he was able to squeeze me in for tomorrow and i feel confident that he will be able to address the issues regarding my plumbing.
