This is my 3rd and final try with this place, it’s sad because the work is pretty decent but the owner Kim has the WORST customer service manners ever. Her demeanor sucks. She has no genuine compassion towards customers only fake show for business.

I have experienced THE WORST customer service at this place. they do not know how to efficiently do nails or eyebrows! DO NOT GO HERE if you would like a professional and well done service. again, DO NOT GO HERE, you will probably be disappointed if you do!
ZERO STARS they do not like to do their job want to cut corners, rush the job or do it with the improper tools, and have an attitude with the only customer in the place. The professionalism here is a joke and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. VERY BAD ENERGY DO NOT GO THERE results speak for themselves.

Over all ehh. Very affordable, clean & decently efficient salon but not the best.

Okay service – not the friendliest.
Nail tech didn’t ask me to cut/file my toes. When I asked her to push my cuticles back more, brushed over my request.
Toe Paint job was rushed through. I HATE when the clear coat isn’t even (you can see it on my toes)
Gel manicure came out whatever. The paint isn’t even on my middle & index finger.
I was hoping she would offer to redo the two since I was staring directly at it as soon as she announced she was done but nothing.

When i processed my payment, she skipped the tip prompt as if she was used to doing so with all her clients. When I asked about the tip line, she seemed shocked. Found this kind of saddening. She automatically assumed.

Kim, the owner and primary esthetician/nail technician, is the best! She does eyebrow threading, waxing, shaping, shading, and plucking. She proves most wax services. Also puts on eyelash strips. It is a nail salon, so of course, false nails, gel overlaps, and regular polishes for nails and toes. Service is fast, connected to a strip plaza for additional parking. Clean stations and bathrooms. Great service!!

I’m only giving this 3 stars because the nail tech was on point. Buttttttt if you are looking for hospitality this ain’t the place.. I went with a gift certificate and money left over I said give the cash to the nail tech. The owner didn’t even look at me took the certificate and put it to the side with the receipt. Her husband gave me the money and I took it to her….I said thank you no thank you back no come again or have a nice day…I told hubby please do not purchase anymore gift certificates for me from there…like they were upset that I used it or something.
