Public Storage

It’s public storage. You get what you get. Looks safe, feels safe and it holds your stuff. Not keen on the $15 a month mandatory insurance. That is a rip off.

When I say A+++ customer service. Markala and Nelta are off the charts. I was frustrated and had a migraine. But from the moment I walk through the door until I left, my migraine disappeared. They should teach a class on proper customer service. The passion for helping I experienced. Truly changed my mood for the better. I truly appreciate everything you did for me. Thank You is not enough. ❤️❤️❤️

Actually 5 stars for Markala! She was very helpful and friendly. A very good employees. The place is clean and close to our apartment. After the experience we had at another storage place, finding this place was a relief.

Terrible experience! Our unit was ROBBED, they got NO security as CCTV aren’t working and most of the time, the access doors are just left open and the staff is NOWHERE to be found even on weekdays (so try your luck going multiple times a day or the entire week).

Our storage padlock was GONE and REPLACED by a NEW one. We had to make appointment with their area manager just for him to cut the new lock which took a week!! When opened, we discovered that almost 2/3 of our belongings were stolen especially the valuable ones. Both staff and manager were not helpful at all and did not show much care. They just told us to call and report to the police and file for an insurance claim.

Tell you what, their own INSURANCE (which you are required to avail) does NOT cover such theft as there were no evidences of forceful entry documented. Such a joke!! Our padlock was cut and replaced by a new one and our belongings stolen!! So who the heck did it?!! And who is accountable for it??!! Also, the staffs only seem nice to new or possible customers, they do touring around and let the existing customers wait and play hide and seek!

So BEWARE!!!

Came in to get a storage and Nelta was very Nice and helpful
