7-Eleven

This is one of the worst locations. After walking in a cashier said I had to leave my bag at the front in the middle of the store. I them proceeded to let him know thats not gonna happen I have cash and cards in my backpack. This had me heated because I have been in this location several of times and was never asked to leave my bag in the front of the store. P.s 7 eleven not everyone that comes in with a backpack is looking to shoplift…

We live in the area and have seen this 7 eleven go through employees and owners. The new staff is amazing great energy and positive attitude the only complaint is we have gone in a few times lately and there is only 1 young male working by himself. You definitely need more staff or reliable staff. We have witness too many thefts in that store and uncooperative customers it’s way to much for 1 staff member. We hope you take this review serious and get more dedicated people in there like the one you have now. Good Luck!

This 7-Eleven is ran so unprofessionally that it’s hard to believe actually. The now assistant manager crystal is nicknamed the red headed devil in the area because of how she treats the local customers around here. She will lie and act off of your feelings rather than professionalism and kick people out of the store and not allow them back to win an argument even when she is wrong. she is one of the rudest gas attendants I’ve ever came in contact with, and Bob the manager at night is extremely rude as well. He’s always about to get beat up by customers because of how he talks to them and he is a horrible cash register attendant as well. The way the store is Ran is so unbelievably unprofessional, I cannot say that enough. Those two managers right there have costed the store at least in the tens of thousands in the past year easily from what I’ve seen alone.

Great convenience store, quick in and out. Cold drinks or hot, quick eats and snacks. Lotto and scratch off. Coffee and breakfast sandwiches along with pizza and salads. HOME of the World Famous SLURPEE. Hot dogs and nachos. Pop tarts and Jamaician Meat Patties even beef and bean burritos. Hot Pockets. They have it all no matter what your craving or what time it is.

I stopped at this gas station because I’m used to the fact that 7eleven always have fairly high standards of service and maintenance, everything was always at the highest level. However, 08/21/19 drove in to refuel and drink something. When I brought the drinks to the cashier, it turned out that I had only $ 100 in cash with me. The girl at the checkout, while talking on the mobile, grabbed the drinks, rudely replied: I have no change. I was dismayed to leave the gas station without saying anything, as the cashier continued to talk on her cell phone. Just outrageous! Learn to work with customers!
