I can’t express enough gratitude for your help David. The information you provided me was priceless. After years of trying to get rid of this timeshare, I finally found a company and individual that was able to assist me. If I could give you 10 stars I would. Thank you David for your help, words can’t express my gratitude!

This review is solely for Mr. David Bates. I was researching how to get out of my timeshare legally online and was contacted by Advocate Financial Services, David Bates. The first 30 minutes of our scheduled phone conversation was informative and somewhat professional despite the condescending vibe I got the entire call from David with his business analogies which I’m guessing is used on most potential clients. During one of his analogies he asked my opinion, after I disagreed with him he said my opinion doesn’t matter and there’s a reason why I’m stuck in a timeshare. I just couldn’t seem to get a word in on this guy during this portion of the call. He kept trying to over talk me when I couldn’t event finish a sentence, raising his voice telling me to “be quite”. He was very pushy and made me feel like I was illiterate and naive. Quality Control really needs to listen to our recorded conversation. I get it, his job is to link up clients with attorney’s that feel they can get Timeshare companies to relinquish contractual obligations. However, when you talk down to people that are vulnerable with no respect, that speaks volumes of the type of service one could expect. The blatant disrespect and lack of professionalism David demonstrated towards me at the end of our phone consultation was a complete shock and undeserving. I would not recommend this company to anyone based off of my experience.
