We are 25% tippers naturally. Left a $2 tip on a $45 bill due to the service.

Waitress had no personality and did not seem happy to be there. Very cut and dry.

Waitress did not know her own menu to answer questions

Trash and clearly unwanted food was left on our table throughout the entire meal.

Asked for water’s that were never brought.

15 min after we finished our meals I had to go track someone down to get our bill.

Food was great as always!!

We have a First Watch in Brookfield, WI and absolutely love it!

First of all this is one of my favorite places to eat! However today I sat for 17 minutes and not one waitress acknowledged me or asked if I had been waited on. Finally a guy came around the corner and asked if I had been waited on? There were many waitresses in my area and I get it if your busy but to be acknowledged would have been nice but not one word. Food was good and to the waiter who finally acknowledged and waited on me I gave a $10 tip ‼️I don’t think it was his section.

Our first time at this chain restaurant and loved it. Little bit of wait for our meal but it was well worth it. Great selection of breakfast items and healthy options. I had the BLT Benedict and it was great. Fresh squeezed orange juice and wonderful coffee.

If your on your lunch hour forget it dont bother. Order ahead.Slooooooow service
