If you want the truth from a former employee, here it is. Kiss your security deposit good bye. Roaches, bed bugs, leaky roofs, and owners are out for money. I am posting publicly because I can back this up. I got fired for looking for part time evening work because the management cut my pay although I was charged with training the accountant that ownership said a job that was out of my wheelhouse. Drugs are not hard to find here, just drive in and drive out. Rose, you are a fake, and a back stabber. Steve, my replacement, is an ex uber driver. Please find some place else to go, these people do not care about you.
Scammers renter beware
Fast and easy application process. Steve (the property manager) lives on-site and is extremely friendly and attentive. He really cares about the facility and does a great job. Our move in was easy and the unit was spotlessly cleaned and additional features updated prior. The neighborhood is quiet and close to grocery, restaurants and the beach. There are also two small convenience stores, walking distance within a block or two. Coin laundry available and security cameras for safety. We are very happy and would recommend this apartment community to anyone wanting the rare, reasonably-priced housing in South Florida near fun spots. Even our dogs love the neighborhood!
Excellent service! Will work with you and keep you updated always able to be reached and fast reply! The property manager is very understanding and upfront
Rude, unprofessional people working in the Pompano Beach office. Changing property managers every week, acting unloyal to the tenants, don’t respect contract and try to rip you off as much as you can. Horrible service, still have to deal with them to get my deposit back, as every week is a new excuse. I believe DBPR should be involved in regulating their practice.
