FLORIDA LUXURY RENTALS

The home we rented from Florida Luxury Rentals was exactly as it was presented on line: clean, good location and well furnished. Igor was responsive and helpful with questions I had about the property or Ft. Lauderdale area. I highly recommend FLR. We will definitely rent from them again! February 2021

I rented from this company with my friends while we were visiting Fort Lauderdale and Miami from Russia . Julia and Igor who run the company were amazing . My friends needed crib and high chair for their baby that was delivered and arranged for free, all other requests were accommodated within couple hours . I would recommend this company to everyone , including my friends from Eastern Europe , because Julia and Igor are professionals and very polite , plus both speak perfect Russian which was helpful for my friends !

My husband and I have rented many properties while vacationing and we have never been as impressed as we were with Julia and Igor. The house we chose was beautiful with a perfect location for us. However, when we arrived we realized there were a couple of issues.

First of all the tv in the master bedroom wasn’t working. I emailed Julia and received a prompt response asking me when I would like the property manager (Igor) to stop by. He arrived at the exact time I specified with a smile and professional manner. It took him a while to figure out the problem, but he persevered until he had it set for us.

I had also mentioned having trouble finding any beach towels or hair dryers and Igor showed up with 7 brand new beautiful towels and 2 brand new dryers for us.

A few days into our stay we decided we wanted to turn the pool heater on, but weren’t sure how to proceed. A text to Igor had him showing up within an hour to turn it on for us. Again, with a smile and a wonderful positive attitude saying we were not a bother at all.

Upon leaving the house, we realized we left behind my granddaughter’s monogrammed baby blanket. Again, I emailed Julia asking if she could mail it to us and let me know how much I owed for postage. She responded saying it was no problem and they would be happy to take care of it for us.

A few days after we arrived home I received the package with the baby blanket carefully folded and inside a plastic zipped container. When we opening the blanket two small security blankets were also included. I hadn’t mentioned those as I could have replaced those easier than the monogrammed blanket, yet Igor must have found them and included them. They also paid for the shipping ($15+) and told me not to worry about it.

The house we rented was also listed on VRBO, but we chose Florida Luxury Rentals because the price was a little lower. We were happy we did because Julia and Igor took care of any and all concerns and issues we had while we were there and also after we left.

I highly recommend booking your next vacation rental through Florida Luxury Rentals if you want a little extra TLC – professional and efficient service with a smile. We plan to book through them again.

Me and my friends from NYC recently stayed at the vacation rental house at Pompano beach area. All of us usually stay at the hotels, so I was kind of nervous about booking the vacation rental home for the first time . Well, I have to say, it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! I don’t know why we never did it before : a private pool to yourself, great views and outside grill, so many advantages comparing to a hotel room! Julia was the one taking care of us, she found me a waterfront house to match our budget and size. When we arrived it was super clean and smelled fantastic. Kitchen was fully stocked, bedding was comfy, check in and check out process was easy. We had some issues with operating the TV, so this guy came in ( I guess his name was Igor ) and fixed everything for us right away. Overall great experience , definitely will rent from this company again and recommend it to everyone!

My husband and I travel often and are VERY picky about where we stay. With that being said, we had a wonderful time at this beautifully furnished and immaculate vacation rental in South Florida! Everything was very clean and up to par! Julia did an amazing job organizing everything for us and made sure we had a wonderful stay! It’s all about the little things and there were so many thoughtful touches that made it that much better! We had a bit of a issue with the faucet leaking and it was fixed within the hour. The customer service was top notch! We definitely recommend staying here and cannot wait to return!
