Purchased a dryer like 5 months again was told it has a six month warranty it won’t heat up at all now I have been trying to reach out to the company but I have Yet to hear a response from them If someone can reach out to me in regards to this issue that would be great——

Come back to say this place is unprofessional unreliable as it gets. I was supposed to have someone come here over 2 months ago and here I am still waiting. I was going to pay for something that should’ve been under warranty, I didn’t mind paying just because I wanted it fixed. But no call back no nothing I would NEVER do business with these people.

These guys were friendly, on time and the fridge I purchased for 290.00 including delivery and removal of my old one.. The fridge actually looks almost brand new (not a repaint)
And functions perfectly! THANK YOU!

Extremely poor service. The machine I purchase was delivered late and broken after the gentleman installed it. I was able to get it running but it stopped working again two months later. I did call for service because the machine was sold with a six month warranty and a lady toyed with me for about 2 1/2 weeks saying that the technician was on his way. Nobody ever showed up… Normally I don’t post reviews for bad service but I really got jacked around in this situation. If you buy something from them good luck!

I wish I never met or knew anything about this company…They are SUAVE APPLIANCES @ 740 Dicie Hwy Pompano Beach, Fla are SCAM ARTIST!!!! I purchased a used washer and dryer set from them around May 20th…The very first day I used the machines they were working like garbage…Last Saturday their manager Reina came out to my house to try and fix the washer but found out they couldn’t fix it…So this past Monday they were supposed to bring our a new washing machine and dryer…That was the last time I spoke with anyone from Suave Appliances…I have called them everyday since this past Tuesday and haven’t been able to speak to anyone….I have a feeling we are gonna be stuck with these raggedly appliances and will have to pay to get them fixed ourselves or have to buy another washer and dryer altogether…But now we are out of $400…I am.so beyond frustrated with this company…Please avoid them altogether…I have filed a report with the BBB and hopefully that will scare them into doing the right thing by people and not selling them garbage appliances that they know ain’t no good…Be careful with Suave appliances…The only thing their appliances have going for themself is that they look good but get them home and they are pure garbage

I bought a refrigerator 15 days ago GE French door stainless steel they said everything worked no issues with normal wear. I paid them and took this home and plugged it in. Hooked up water line and water was slow dispensing so I went and bought a new water filter and installed water worked great. The next day I checked and ice maker was doing it’s job but refrigerator side seemed to not be getting cold enough and the alarm kept going off inside I called on this issue to a pro and he stated that it could be some type of sensor. Then I noticed the refrigerator would not shut off and running constantly causing water line to freeze and not work and also ice/snow forming all around door on freezer. I did transfer frozen items and refrigerator items which were all ruined. I have been trying to contact Suave appliances seems like they have blocked my # all together how Suave !! Well there goes my six month warranty and great people to work with and stand by their product from some of the reviews I’ve read and I’m sure it’s people who run this business posting. I wouldn’t recommend these scammers to anyone please stay clear. If I could give 0 stars it would be best
