They get the job done but are not great at communications. They show up without calling first so have someone home or you may miss them.

I made an appointment on Monday for someone to come fix my dryer Wednesday afternoon. I was supposed to have received a call before they came over. No one called or came and no one in the office answered the phone or returned my voicemail. 2 stars because I used them once before with quick but ok results. Dryer was fixed but something wasn’t plugged back in so he had to come back again. I will be finding a more reliable company to give my business to.
