This is my favorite T Mobile! I moved to Boca from Pompano but ill still drive to this location because of it’s excellent customer service. I love all of the deals you guys always have. But most of all, Branden always makes sure to give me a great experience. Last time I was in, he showed me some new gadgets that I was able to add to my plan for barely anything extra a month. I recommend this T mobile store if you’re gonna go to any in the area. And Branden is the most helpful person I have ever encountered at a phone store by far! Thanks guys!

Horrible store. There’s 1 muscular jamaican guy who’s working there right now I just called. HE HAS CORONAVIRUS HES A SYMPTOMATIC. I havent went anywhere in 4 months I buy 2 iphones from him and hes touching everything with no gloves sitting 1ft away from me. I have made a complaint to the CDC with this store number and gave his name and I called the BBB. Your employees should be tested whether they have symptoms or not. Not cool.
