Jason, was very professional !nd engaged. He answered all of our questions and made sure everything was in order. I hope he is rewarded for is professional acumen. Great guy!

My visit to T Mobile was great got my question answered quickly and politely with a nice selection of new phones to look at while waiting

My mom and I went into T-Mobile today and were immediately assisted and greeted by Jason. My mother and I tend to disagree and have very different ideas on how to execute things; but that never happened during our visit. Jason held our hands and ran different outcomes and rates for each of our questions and concerns.

Not only did he answer our concerns, he empathized with us as well. Jason connected with us on our business concerns, but he also connected with each of us on a person platform. He made the term customer service disappear and like that we were truly part of the T-Mobile Family.

There were several points throughout our visit that T-Mobile store had rushes and a line of people. I want to thank him for never deferring from us. I would also like to thank his coworkers for allowing him to gives us his undivided attention (for I know we took up much of his time) as well.

I will be revisiting y’alls store in the next 6 months as advised and can’t wait to be lead by Jason’s confidence and knowledge.

Just a shout out to the best T-Mobile rep that I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with since I’ve been a T-Mobile customer. Went in to upgrade my phone and cannot say enough about their rep Jason. He actually took the time to explain the differences in the phones that I was interested in seeing, then helped me set it up and also showed me how to use some of the amazing features of the phone. Jason was very professional and very knowledgeable about T-Mobile’s products, which made it easy for me to choose the best phone that suited my needs. I highly recommend this store for any of your T-Mobile needs!

This is an updated/revised review my previous post (follows after this update, for reference ). I purchased a phone here, based on the staff person’s recommendation (for a google pixel 4). I told him i especially needed a phone with much more internal storage. He was very pleasant & knowledgeable, so I trusted him. However, after the new phone was fully activated-it takes a few hours-I found it already used 1/3 of the phone’s storage. At that rate, I’d need a new phone in 5 months (I don’t even take take many pics, videos, or use many apps). just the basic apps to run the phone used 1/3 of its storage.

I returned it, was refunded. James (staff) was entirely great, helpful with that (not the same person who sold me the phone). James and his strore mgr get 5 Stars. BUT I HAD TO PAY $70.00 RESTOCK FEE. NOT HAPPY!!!

Old, First Review: I received excellent service at this store location. The rep is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and explains everything clearly and with patience. I am very pleased with the service I receive at this store location.
