I have not visited this location in over a year. It will probably be another year based on the experience. The host/hostess changed reservation without informing my party. It took 1 hour to be seated with a reservation. Table was half cleaned. The waitress, Crystal had an attitude from the moment she showed up to take our orders. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes for a Chef to show up to our table. When I spoke to manager, Alfred he tried to minimize my frustration by exaggerating my truth into a lie. He didn’t find a problem with the amount of time we waited to be seated or the time we waited for a Chef. We all canceled our orders by the time the Chef started making the rice. Who spends 3 hours and 15 minutes at Benihana. When speaking to Ann Marie, General Mgr she apologized but that was it. She made excuses for her staff’s behavior and operation issues. Said she would speak to Manager and waitress and get back to me with a resolution. It’s been 7 days and I haven’t heard from her yet. I submitted complaint to Corporate and they haven’t contacted me yet either. 🙃 We will always consider another establishment to spend $300 + tip with since it wasn’t welcomed here. Birthday gathering ruined! 8:15 pm reservation. Left at 11:30 pm and I only had 🍲 🥗 🍚. Wow @Benihana 👏🏾

Great place for a birthday or if you just wanna make sure you have delicious hibachi! Nice that you can watch the boats from your table too! Missing 1 star because they need more host presence. Go on lunch time early or make a reservation if later to have a spot !free parking.

First of all, the service here is impeccable. The manager, kembo, was extremely fast and super professional! Albert was amazing as well.
Our server Lorenzo, was so vibrant and personable we LOVED him! Such a great spirit!
Our chef Gus was so so so sweet and super friendly, he made sure we enjoyed our food and experience. Overall, this was great! We will definitely come again! Great job everyone!

MAKE A RESERVATION!! we waited for almost 3 hours to be seated after them telling us over and over “only 30 more minutes”

I go to this location often and have a preference of sitting with a certain chef which is beyond great, she is in a great mood every time! However when visiting last night I didn’t mind sitting with a chef named Zach. He took over 45 min to even reach our table, when he did begin to greet us it was in a low annoyed like tone as if he didn’t want to be cooking. When we asked him if he could put extra garlic butter in our rice, he rolled his eyes stopped cooking and threw his knives and utensils on the grill making everyone stare our direction and slopped the butter on our plates. It was a very awkward moment because that has never been a problem to ask before. As the whole vibe was set off, he was finishing cooking there was only a women next to me and myself who got chicken (the same meal) and he portioned me about 4-6 pieces of chicken when I’m paying $30 for one meal. That is unacceptable and I will never be returning to this location. Sucks because it has a nice view. The manager was helpful and server was nice just took awhile for drinks.
