Unforunately I had tree branches fall on my car which caused damage to the windshield as well as to the hood and fender. I was hesitant to use an auto body shop that my insurance company recommended but after reading all the positive reviews, I decided to choose Classic Collision. The process was very quick and easy. After scheduling an appointment online, I met with Judy who went over the damage to my car. She was very friendly and put me at ease. I also requested a rental car which was waiting for me after the appointment. In total, my appointment lasted just over 30 minutes. Over the course of the next few days, Judy would text me to keep me updated with the status of my repair. I really appreciated this amount of customer service. When I picked up my car, they went over the repairs and did a walk around of my vehicle to make sure I was satisfied with the repair. The car looked brand new and there was no sign that there was any damage. They also detailed the car both inside and out which was a nice touch. As a bonus, they actually fixed something that was not part of the initial repair at no extra cost. I would highly recommend Classic Collision and will bring my car back to them if I need any other repairs in the future.

I’ve had a less than desirable experience with another body shop (that I will disclose, pending an ongoing investigation) and needless to say I was relieved when my car was finally brought to Classic Collision.

Carol welcomed me in with a smile, expressed her empathy regarding my experience and assured me that their body shop strives to take care of their customers and their cars – they treat everyone like family. She then introduced me to Meeka, who was simply a breath of fresh air. She was so polite, welcoming, and she gave me a rundown of when and how often she’d reach out to me on a weekly basis to update me through the entire process of my car’s repair. She told me that she reaches out to her clients every Monday, Wednesday and Friday to provide updates on their car, and that if and when there were no updates to provide, she would still do her due diligence and call to answer and questions or clarify any concerns her customers may have. And to no surprise, Meeka kept her word.

Meeka is an exceptional staff and went above and beyond with her treatment. One specific annectdote I recall was when she had said, “I take all cars on test drives. If there’s something wrong with the car, even the slightest bit of concern, I will address it because I will not give my clients a car that I, myself wouldn’t feel comfortable driving.” And that, she did. She drove my car once it was completely repaired and noticed a faint noise on it. She immediately called me to notify me of the noise that only she heard (because she is THAT detail-oriented) and had her mechanic fix it. This meant delaying me from getting my car for a few days, but it was all worth it because Meeka wanted to ensure my car was top-notch and as good as new. After all, my car was just shy of 3 weeks old before the accident. I have no doubts that Classic Collision Fort Lauderdale is an credible, professional and attentive body shop and that Meeka is by far the best rep I could have ever asked for, and for that she deserves 10 stars!

Everyone is super helpful and reliable! Highly recommend them for absolutely any body repairs needs! I came in for a headlight replacement and the team was able to do it quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price! Sean is a pleasure to work with. The best car repair experience to date!
