Got a new job and found myself needing reliable transportation for work. Wife and 3 kids so I’m definitely on a budget. I needed to get the most for my money. Got tired of dealers not having the car they were advertising. Then I found Expert Auto Group. They HAD the car they were advertising. They had ALL the cars they were showing on their website. From the moment I got there Jay was fantastic showing all the cars that were in my price range. It was nice to be able to be up front about wanting to pay cash for the car. After a couple of test drives and confirmation from the Mrs we ended up with a beautiful 2012 Passat in near perfect condition. Sam was fantastic helping up through the paperwork. Even Mason in the garage was great. Honest, respectful, professional and sincere. They have a great team there and would recommend them to friends and family.

Jay my salesman was great and maintained great communication throughout the entire process. The truck was as described and I’m still very happy with the purchase. I also want to thank the finance manager, Sam, between both of these guys I was able to get financed and into my new “used” truck in less than 20 minutes that I arrived at the used car lot. They took my info over the phone and let me know right away that I was approved and told me what I needed to bring to walk out the door with my truck. I do want to emphasize that I looked at over 40 trucks before I made my purchase. The reason I saw so many trucks is that when I showed up to see them at multiple used car lots they were not as described (condition wise). thanks again Expert Auto Group for making my experience a positive one.
