They don’t even deserve 1 star, I am absolutely disgusted with how I was treated by the gentlemen who picked up the phone 07/1/20. 10:47am today. I asked what city area they serviced with other questions such as “ do you guys do washing or vinyl wrapping” and every time I received a condescending and fighting answer when literally all I was trying to do was find a way to do business and pay for a service. I was in the middle of asking if I could receive wax and leather conditioning for my harley and what I got was a “good luck out there” and the A HOLE hung up on me. I called several times with no response or confrontation on the matter. They lost a customer, gained an enemy and gained a horrible review. It’s that simple because clearly they are not offering services, only disservices BY THE LOOKS OF ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS.

Took an hour and a half to complete a 3 hr job, when I sat on the driver side to inspect the car, I looked at the rear view morrow to find the back glass had not even been wiped. They charged me for a $200 detail job, but when doing a walk around I realized that they didn’t even properly clean the cup holders, seat wore as dirty as when they started, and the Cherios on the seat railing wore still there. Claimed to have waxed and buffed the car, but wasn’t able to remove basic surface scratch that I cleaned with elbow greese and a shami cloth. When I complained I was told that I was picky and the first client not to be satisfied with the service. I refused to pay, they threatened to call the cops. I called 8 times to resolve issue and I got no answear. 20 min later I receive a text from someone saying I had to pay for services rendored. I am still awaiting a response for the problem to be resolved, otherwise I will place a stop payment on my card. Do not use this service! If I could not add a single star I would.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. Arrived late paid $120 for shampoo of carpet only. Didn’t even wash exterior or wipe down the dash.
They finished at dark so of course I noticed when sun came up. Absolutely disappointing to say the least. Rip off!!!!
