I went the other day to Autozone since I needed wiper blades. Luis G. went above and beyond to help me find the right ones and he even helped me install them. His customer service was exceptional. I wish all customer sales associates were as respectful and kind as he was. Customer satisfaction was his priority. Keep up the good work.

Ken was amazing. He went above and beyond. After purchasing a new battery for my car we took it back to the store to have it reset. Not only did he reset it the battery he helped put the pieces we had to remove to get to the battery back together. Super nice, thorough and very friendly. Highly recommend them.

I’ve never had an issue here, and love the customer service. I never get talked down to when I’m here. That’s always nice to see in an auto parts store. Ken (I think that was his name…sorry, I don’t remember 😢) switched out my battery, and even helped me attach a piece that hadn’t been attached in a few years since I didn’t know how to put it back on (Thank you!!) Amazing service, as always.

Store 1259- Antonio is the man. When I came in with a battery I just had to get jumped he came right out and tested without a hesitation. He was thorough in explaining prices and types of batteries without being demeaning.

Bryan helped us out by quickly getting the old battery out and new in without an issue. Super great guys. This store has definitely gotten better in the last few months.

Store #1259 today i came into the store to get my battery tested as we just had an issue with it starting. I asked the guys if they could come out and test it and without hesitation they did once he tested it he showed me the results on the screen making sure to let me know it wasn’t the alternator when picking what battery i wanted. These guys Antonio G and Bryan, were just awesome they explained in depth and with such enthusiasm what the difference was in the battery and were just all around happy and helpful people i really appreciate dealing with these guys and will 100% recommend this store to everyone
