Great customer service! Fast and efficient! Happy with the service…

Came to balance and change tpms, they took 2h do try 2 wheels, an “destroyed “ one, look all scratches!!
Believe or not still charged me $37 for these poor service!!
Now I have to spend more money to try to save my wheel.
And
Tô finish these great service, they mount my tire the wrong direction!!!

Need to be talent to do só menu wrong things like a pro!!!

They were courteous, they had the new tires that I needed and it was done in a very timely manner. Five star service, I recommend them for used tires and mounting your new tires.

Richard was great from beginning to end! Had to get my squeaky rear brake pads replaced on the Subaru and I went on yelp to get some quotes from a couple of shops. As always, I do my research first to make sure I don’t get ripped off.

THIS WAS THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. LUCKY FOR THEM THEY HAVE MAURICE WORKING THERE WHO WAS ABLE TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. I WENT THEIR BECAUSE I HAD LOW TIRE PRESSURE ON THE RIGHT FRONT TIRE, NICHOLAS CHECKED THE TIRE AND SAID HE DIDN’T SEE ANYTHING WRONG WITH IT AFTER PUTTING IT IN WATER AND SAID THERE WAS NO BUBBLING THAT SHOWED IT WAS LOOSING AIR. I TOLD HIM OVER AND OVER THAT I JUST LEFT THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID THAT THERE WAS A NAIL IN THE TIRE, HE OVER INFLATED ALL MY TIRES SO THAT IT WOULD MASK THE LEAK FOR A FEW DAYS (CROOK). WHEN I GOT HOME I DECIDED TO CHECK THE TIRE MYSELF. ONE LOOK AND BOOM I SAW THE NAIL. I WENT BACK TO THE TIRE SHOP AND NICHOLAS WAS SO RUDE. THE OWNER OF THE SHOP WHO IS HIS MOTHER DIDN’T DO ANYTHING, JUST STOOD THERE LOOKING CLUELESS AS I EXPLAINED TO HER WHAT HAPPENED. SHE TRIED TO CHARGE ME FULL PRICE AFTER WASTING MY TIME THE FIRST TIME I WENT THERE. I COULD HAVE GOTTEN INTO AN ACCIDENT ON THE ROAD BECAUSE OF HER SON’S INCOMPETENCE. THE PRICES ARE CHEAP BUT CHEAP ISN’T ALWAYS A GOOD THING. IF YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE AND HAVE TO GO HERE TO GET WORK DONE ON YOUR VEHICLE DON’T LET NICHOLAS ANYWHERE NEAR IT. ASK FOR MAURICE OR ANYONE ELSE. THIS LADY IS GONNA LET HER SON RUN HER BUSINESS INTO THE GROUND. SHAME! SHAME! SHAME!
