Read the reviews!!!
I wish I would have read the reviews, even though I was recommended by a friend. I never would have let Quan even touch my hair! When I arrived to have my hair colored, I explained to Quan for a second time the history of my dreads. Some of them had been wrapped with human hair and that I tried to color them my self with a strand test and only half of the strand took the color. So I decided to seek a “”professional “”, or so I thought. “Don’t worry” she said. After a long processing time to allow the product to lift the dark stands, I looked like a Zebra. Then came the excuses about some human hair doesn’t take to being dyed. Blah, Blah, Blah. She said she would get some hair that would take the dye and add it to my hair in the dark spots without making them bulky. She just needed to colour the hair which she said wouldn’t take long and “of course“ the hair would be ready by my next appointment. I paid her $75 for the zebra hair-do. She said she would see me next week to fix it and I was going to be charged another $50. The next week rolls around and one hour, yes one hour, before my appointment her “assistant” calls me to cancel as she didn’t have time to prep the hair!!! (One whole week) Reluctantly, I rescheduled for one week later. Now here we are. 9:10a.m. rolls around and I’m sitting in front of the salon in my car. No Quan. I call and her “assistant“ and she says “Quan is running late and she won’t be there for another 20 minutes.“ “An additional 20 minutes I asked”? “Yes” she said, “oh and she did not get time to prep your hair can you come back this afternoon?“ “No” I said. “Okay, I’ll
tell her you’re canceling”. No apologies, no nothing. I saw Quan walk in so I put my mask on and walked into the salon. With no mask on she turned around and looked at me “yes?” she said.“Quan you’ve canceled my appointment twice now” to which she replied that she didn’t have time to color the hair. I informed her that she could have called me prior to me driving 40 minutes across town. “Look, I have lots going on and you and your hair are the last thing on my mind” she said. Her tone and the rolling of her eyes in front of another client and just the total disrespect totally blows my mind!! I asked her where to purchase the hair and I wished her well.
Save your money and your time friends.
She doesn’t wear a mask either because apparently she’s had her Covid shots, but according to the CDC you still need to wear a mask and so do your clients, who were not when I arrived.
This review is intended to educate you and is based on facts and what happened.

Very untrustworthy business. Imagine paying almost $200 for a keratin treatment and receiving an amino acid treatment. What you all did to Adriana was not ok. As a business owner myself I have to shake my head at who ever replies to the comments. Professionalism goes a long way. I know you’ve been in business 6 years but going this route you won’t make it 6 more. Do the right thing and be transparent with future customers about which treatment they are “actually” receiving. Maybe Google and YouTube can help you all understand the difference between a keratin and an amino acid treatment. 🥴

I had a good friend get a treatment done here. I have worked in customer service for my entire professional career (10 years) and I have never seen a business or owner disrespect a client in the way that this business has done. The credentials states on the review (you can see here in the reviews where the CEO responds) are impressive however no amount of credentials account for the poor behavior and unprofessionalism presented by this business. Anyone that is seeking treatment by a salon or shop such as this one, I suggest to take warning in coming to this one as the associates were positive that they did a treatment that my personal friend asked for but in all reality was not what was advertised. A refund was requested and the associate and owner publicly disrespected and insulted my friend.

They have absolutely horrible customer service and they do not hold any accountability for wrongdoings or false advertisement. I went in to have a keratin treatment done, which I have gotten many times before. They used a one step foam and I never saw that in my life, so asked Sheena if this was a new keratin treatment and she confirmed it was. Well when I got home and three days later washed my hair, my hair was as frizzy as ever, like nothing was done to my hair. I reached out to them and she was completely obviously to the fact that she used an amino acid smoothing treatment and not a keratin treatment, so first I had to educate her. Then I requested a refund for the wrong service done and she denied to do so, her excuse was that “the smoothing treatment works when heat is applied”.
I couldn’t believe they wanted me to make the wrong treatment work, I explained to her I cannot apply heat to hair because I have psoriasis and heat makes my condition worse, and they still wouldn’t honor any refund. I advise all of you to stay away from this salon.
