Went for a interview today..knew soon as i walked in what type of call center it was. Mary Beth and the man at the front desk was the only one who was very professional and kind. However , the trainer /supervisor Justine was so unorganized and all over the place. Interview took about 2 hrs because everyone was running around trying to figure out what was going on.. only to be told “no”. Definitely was a blessing in disguise because i ended up getting a call back for the job i really wanted literally after i left this place today..this call center is really just like the rest of them…

I would never recommend anyone to this place, this so called job is a disgrace to a workplace. If your working there and your baby is in the hospital sick they don’t even care, even if you bring them a Doctors note from the hospital stating that your child is very ill and that you have to stay home with he/she. This place discussed me. I would recommend for people to go to Global Response instead, they care about the workers, and their family oriented!

This place seemed like the devil opened this establishment himself and worked us like vermins on lava rocks! Bougie, I wasn’t feeling the environment AFTER being hired because the establishment was a malady.
