Tropical Smoothie Cafe

It’s sad to say that this location of TSC is awful. From the moment I walked in with my gf, her & i were being judged for being an interracial couple followed by our order being made incorrectly ON PURPOSE. The staff has very low standard work ethics (Night shift) Hopefully others experience is better than ours because I do not wish that treatment or experience on anyone. Rating = -100%

Great friendly service. Our attendant successfully knew my gf and my drink without me explaining whose was whose. Thoroughly impressed. And smoothies are delicious!

Had to wait 5 minutes because the cashier didn’t know how to ring me up and the other was in the bathroom. Then had to wait another 20 minutes before one of them told me the person who makes food is still on break, but lied and said that they’d be here in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later the same girl asked if I still wanted my order and I asked for a refund and then she just walked away and said she would call the other person. 10 more minutes later the third person slowly walked in. Another 10 minutes after that I finally got my order. Absolutely ridiculous won’t ever come here again. Totally incompetent.

Beautiful ladies but I think they get overwhelmed and become less organized. Got a completely different wrap than what I ordered. Didn’t label the two wraps. Me and my brother ended up with wraps we didn’t order but it still was flavorful. Let’s focus on being efficient I love tropical cafe.

I recently visited this local juice shop and the customer service was very pleasant. The cashier was friendly and welcoming. The employees who were making the smoothies worked with efficiency and excellence, they were very organized and fast. I was very pleased and I would highly recommend this juice shop to any one who wants a delicious and nutritious smoothie! Thank you all for blessing me with a great experience.
