They are a very reliable and knowledgeable pack and ship company. Nice crew. Easy to work with. We will be working with them again in the near future. The manager Tetyana went above what we thought a shipping company can do.

I contracted BMC to deliver a small piece of furniture at a whopping price of $350.00. I recently paid $220 for the exact same delivery but BMC offered to deliver in less time so I paid the additional cost.

The delivery was scheduled between 3 and 5 in the afternoon. I called to find out what the status of our delivery was @ 4:45 and I was told that the driver would be late… closer to 7:00 or 7:30.

The driver did not arrive @ 3, 5, or 7:30… he arrived @ 8:45. I waited in limbo from 2:30 until 8:45. Why didn’t the driver call me to let me know he was running 4 to 6 hours late. When I am expected to be at a designated location I call if I am going to be 10 minutes late.

I wasted an entire Friday night and today I called and spoke to the manager, Tatyana who never apologized for the inconvenience or offer to reimburse me for my time.

I have been a designer for 25 years and I never experienced the lack of professionalism exhibited by this company. Do not use BCM for White Glove Delivery. They do not know what they are doing!!

I worked with BMC in NYC and Florida for the first time this fall. They took great care in packing, handling, and delivering our furniture. The shipment was fast and arrived in perfect condition, and I’ll definitely work with them again for my upcoming projects.

BMC has great and efficient service that I highly recommend. As an antique business manager we want the best service for our clients and BMC never disappoints. 5 stars!
