I’ve been waiting on a package for almost 2 months now and no ones updating me on anything despite calling the Eleuthera agent (no pickup) samething with the office in Florida and the driver said it’s on his manifest but he doesn’t have it apparently then he continued to give attitude which wasn’t professional. I won’t be using this company anymore. I just want my package or a refund.

My package that was sent to them that required signature to receive, they can not find, will not answer the phone. Lied about my package was on their manifest but physical package can’t be located

Failed to deliver an urgent item. After being promised Wednesday delivery by the Eleuthera agent, I paid extra for one-day shipping on Amazon to ensure that my item would arrive in plenty of time and be at the front of the line. Item arrived at Twinex on Friday. E-mails to Eleuthera agent on Friday and Sunday emphasizing urgency went unanswered. Item was not put on the Wednesday flight. Despite promises, Eleuthera agent did not return phone calls or keep me updated.
