The Car Salon Hand Car Wash

I have a new truck. Under 400 miles on it. I read their reviews and felt ok about taking my truck here. It was for a hand wash and interior cleaning and hand drying of the exterior. My truck also has a bed cover.
I had to ask the guy to wipe down the bed cover because it still had a lot of water on it. The roof wasn’t washed or dried. Water spots all over.

I open the driver’s door and noticed a good size chip in the paint!! To late to show them because I’d already driven away.
Long story short I had to finish cleaning up my truck. I spent $55.14 . I didn’t get what I paid for.
I do not recommend The Car Salon Hand Car Wash. And I won’t be going back.

I just had my car washed & spray wax by A.J, he took his time & was very detailed! My car looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor! Great job! I will recommend them.

It may be a little too premature to be writing this review, without having fully inspected my car. I may update it later. However, so far, the customer service has been excellent! My car, ROUGE, is looking ever so sharp under the care of WOW, so aptly named since he has been circumspect and thorough in how he’s been cleaning my car. It’s a process so I wouldn’t come here if you’re at all rushed. I had all the time in the world to enjoy the brisk and balmy Florida weather that’s our Winter.

Wow is exactly how I felt as I saw my car transform from what it was, to the sparkling and new-like vision it is now!!! Ask for WOW, & tip generously! I pre-tip & usually people working on my stuff are either more motivated to go the extra mile or rise to the occasion! Service like this should be rewarded so don’t be CHEAP, or you’ll get the minimum standard. Judging by previous reviews, I wasn’t so sure what I’d experience but I was willing to experience it and write my review through my own lens.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Honesty is not their best policy. Their employees are great and they do a decent job but when a business owner doesn’t post their prices anywhere, you know something in there is fishy. I asked for the different prices and I was told it is $27 for a complete car wash in and out. I got a receipt stating I owe $25 and at the register and they charge me $27, plus you have to tip the employee handing you the car, not a biggie, but if you don’t, they demand it from you, which is weird. They’ll be out of business soon when they treat their customer this way!
