I utilized this company for a high profile event at work and on the last day it was a complete debacle. When I called the woman I had been working with she could not have been more apathetic. They knew our guests were leaving at 11:00 and they showed up with 20 boxed lunches at 11:15. When I called them they didn’t even apologize but passed the buck to the delivery guy. If customer service is the business you’re in, there should have been some sort of apology or attempt at reconciliation but there was none. When I emailed them letting them know I was disappointed I never heard back. I would not recommend this company.
