MD Now Urgent Care

This review is based on my Mom experience.

She was impressed by the efficiency, friendliness, and professionalism at this location. The Dr was patient and caring. Came in with an infected finger that was painful and kept her up all night. Left with it cleaned, no pain, salve, script for antibiotics, and a big smile on her face.
For her to ask me to leave this review, says alot.

100 % Professional operation. Everyone there is spot and and treats you with the utmost compassion and respect! Very knowledgeable staff to tide you over until you can see your specialty doctor.

Went in for an irritated/inflamed throat or tonsils. The doctor spent, no joke, less than 2 minutes with me. Checked ears, breathing with a stethoscope and throat. No strep test as I’ve always done in the past with suspicion of strep. He asked if I were allergic to penicillin and off he went. The technician asked which pharmacy I’d like to pick up my Rx. 3 hours later the pharmacy said that they had not received anything. I called MD Now, sat on hold from the pharmacy counter all the way back to MD Now to be disconnected as I approached the front desk. They said, “that must have been when our system was down”. I went in looking for a professional diagnosis and maybe something like even a simple test. I got a doctor saying the same thing I said with discharge papers staying that the doctor “thinks” it’s ____. No tests. Well I prefer to leave this place as a last resort from my first impression.

My name is Debora Dattoli. The Doctor Who saw me at the urgent care probably saved my life. My general practitioner told me I probably had sciatica in my leg. This doctor knew I had a blood clot. He sent me to holy Cross Hospital where they confirmed the clot. What a great place. Thank you with all my heart ❤️

This place was wonderful!
From the minute I walk in the staff was very cheerful and extremely helpful!
I came there as a walk-in and was seen within 10 minutes and the covid test took less than 5 minutes and I was on my way back home!

Will definitely be contacting them for my other health needs!
