First time coming here and I was very happy.
The staff is very nice and proffesional. Felt very safe as well, being that with this pandemic your always afraid to walk in to any medical office. Thank you for taking care of me.

People there are very efficient. Got there 5 minutes before appointment and was out before my appointment time. Asked questions and all were answered. They are very informed and friendly.

My spouse and I needed a COVID test today and I found MD Now online. We drove over this morning, walked in and were greeted in a warm, friendly manner. There is a major focus on safety during this pandemic. The staff is efficient, helpful, and do their jobs with a smile and concern for those of us seeking medical attention. Paperwork was a breeze using the tablets provided. Wait time was about 20 minutes which was great considering we had not made an appointment. Our tests were conducted and we had an opportunity to visit with the doctor who took the time to answer questions. MD Now accepts our insurance so there was not a co-pay or any charge for this particular visit. We will receive our results within 48 hours through web portal access. Both of us are highly impressed with this urgent care option. Thank you.

Terrible customer service front desk, but doctors are fine.

Customer service, cleanliness and professionalism training would be helpful.
