Concentra Urgent Care

The respect and comfortableness is here. If I’m not mistaken she is the manager I believe, but she is always nice and attentive when I do visit. If we could just have more woman like her ! OMG I was coughing up a storm due to my allergies, usually people will just walk a way looking at me crazy but her concernment offer me some water when she did not have too , meant so much to me at that time. Such a sweet lady ❤️.

Place is clean, you got chairs separated for Covid, all the people at the office were very nice and they got to me very quickly, great service at this place

Marjorie has very soft hands and she’s very kind. I loved her taking my blood thank you so much Awesome Job!!!

First let me start with the good experience. I was blessed to have this nice dark handsome youngster picked up the phone and guided me after I was having a hard time finding the location (I would love to say his name but can’t remember it). I was extremely happy he was the one who did the procedure I needed to get done. I waited exactly one hour, I think it could be less. However, the worst part was having to deal with a disgruntled female at the front, who seem not to get any form of customer service training (She need to be in the back with her broad eye lashes- probably that was what was bothering her so she tried to take it out on me). I had to tell her “Seems you having attitude, Leave your problem at home and don’t bring it to work.” As a customer service rept she was brave enough to back answer. I never see that before she must have shares in the company. So I’ll give them a 4.

My first time here; The staff is pleasant, the customer is great. From the time I called to ask questions, to the time I walked in the fill out the paperwork and take my test. Granted they were busy the level of customer service still remained at a 5 star.
