Every drink i have gotten from them has tasted like dirty dish water. There is no point in even making a complaint because the manager will argue you down and make it seem like its you not them they dont know your order they ask you multiple times and still don’t get it right. And they do not clear anything off their screens

This used to be the best DD around. For the past few years it’s the absolute worst I have ever been to, anywhere. Don’t waste your time time. 15 minutes to get a coffee. No ones order is right here right now

Pumpkin Spice Latte wasn’t the way it looks in the picture, I had to ask the worker to add whipped cream and the cinnamon on top and they just added the whipped cream.
And a couple of months ago I tried the Refreshers and the after taste was good but then after a couple of sips it tasted like raisins.
