It’s like a community of nice people and safe people and beautiful surroundings and I’ve been here for 30 years or more and it still looks as beautiful as the first day

It was very good, i went to vote and the staff was so kind to me. They were happy that inspite of the virus going around, i was able to come.

All-ages community with a 55+ feel, plenty of snowbirds who leave their properties vacant during the summer. Imagine if they got some younger/more diverse people onto the body corporates who could focus on more important issues such as recycling or volunteering in our community. Also they have a penchant for wasteful maintenance practices, like cutting grass that’s already cut or spraying sprinklers on the roads (real smart). Another gem is the constant leaf-blowing all day long when some of us work from home or have young children. Overall it’s not a bad place to live, but it definitely has its problems.

This is a very nice 625 person theater located in the neighborhood of the Township in Coconut Creek. The theater has computerized lighting as well as digital sound. I came today for a live stage production of The Wizard of Oz with a group of children. The people who were ushering were so kind to the children. We all really enjoyed the play. Before the show started it was introduced by Claudia Genteel who is the artistic director of the theater. I got a chance to speak to her briefly and found that she had acted in a number of Broadway shows including the King and I. Now she runs the theater which offers movies as well as live productions. They have a brochure in the lobby listing their upcoming shows. They are offering a tribute to Sammy Davis Jr. in August and one to the Temptations in February. I really enjoyed the show and look forward to visiting this theater again.
