This company is responsible for the water and sewer line upgrade for Broward County in my area. Their work is of poor quality and manager, Judith, is not responsive up to two weeks on email at times. They have spent over 8+ months working in the area and within my community. They use to communicate to the tenants when work was to be performed with notices at each door, but towards the end gave one flyer stuck to the dumpster enclosure or knocked on your door in the morning to move our vehicle or be threaten with a tow. They claim to be done with the upgrades, but have communicated with them and the county that old sewer lines are still present, after all this was suppose to be county wide replacement project, but pride trumps honesty with this company. However when they finally start to renovate the property we will probably end looking worst than before they started. The asphalt they started to pour is not of the correct dimension as before, our dumpster enclosure are destroyed, parking bumpers are damaged and misaligned, landscaping is dead, and the list goes on. This shows how contractor are all about the money and not the service. Lucky this was a government contract as they probably gave the lowest bid and their work shows.

I have very bad experience with this company! The workers are mean. I’ve asked for help because they literally blocked all the roads at the area where I live at. The guy- I think that was the manager- was just trying to send me away without even listening to my question.
They doing this roadwork forever now and they put their signs on about the diversion without any sense. So I didn’t get any help and he was threatening me that he’s gonna call the cops on me. I had to leave my car behind and get my husband to help me out.
