Silver Lining Medical Consultants – Dr. Sanford M. Silverman, MD

It was suggested by Monica that my PCP speak with Dr. Silverman regarding my character and my health condition, as It appeared to me I was being judged or placed into category of a drug addict. After I told the office they were rude and I will not be returning… at that point Dr. Silverman decided to return the call to my PCP. Why did he not do this prior to me saying I would not be his patient?? He is arrogant, and rude. I guess I hurt his feelings after finding another pain management doctor that actually cares and is very nice, respectful, and not judgmental. This NEW doctor actually looked at my medical records prior to scheduling me for a visit so they can get an idea of my condition. I suggest find a doctor who cares.

Office staff is amazing! Dr Silverman on the other hand is a bit harsh. Doesn’t seem to really listen and his bedside could use great improvement.

Dr. Silverman is fine, Dr. Sina is acts as a therapist. If I was suffering from emotional issues, I would go to church. I would recommend finding a less superstitious office. Dr. Sina’s religion interferes with his ability to observe symptoms. This translates into them providing the minimum possible service based out of social prejudice. I like my doctor to be fluent in pharmacology associated to the patient.

The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. You can tell they actually care about the patients as actual people and not just a name on a chart. Dr. Silverman takes his time and doesn’t just write out a script to get rid of you as other doctors have done to me in the past. I have lower back pain and knee pains from a car accident when I was a teen and have never found a practice that I was comfortable with until now. I highly recommend going here if you enjoy having a place where you can build a professional relationship with the entire staff. As well as, receive the proper and effective treatment.

Would not have given any star at all if had been possible. Been trying to get an appointment for over a month but they either say they will call you back (and don’t) or you get their after hours recording (throughout business hours). As if I have time to play games with them to be seen.
