RADGov is a very good company. They are very much professional. They helped me in finding excellent job with good package when I was having trouble in finding a job.

If it were possible to rate a company in the negatives I would.

While jobsearching I was firstly elated to be contacted by this recruiting company.

And then the sickening things began.

They sided with their client and lowballed me $2 on the hour less than what we agreed to.

Then, they began calling me multiple times a day demanding various emails and paperwork during evening hours. The HR person working my onboarding was incredibly rude and difficult to work with.

Of course, needing a job, I danced to their every song and demand, complied with and accommodated everything requested of me. Only for them to make me wait an additional week before informing me that the client had changed their mind about bringing anyone into the role.

These people are unprofessional, unethical, and frankly a waste of time. Do not work with them.
