She has patience ,giving ,fun that all qualities she has that make her to be the best instructor And She know what she do

Can’t say enough good things. I’ve been going for about a month and really enjoy it. The instructors are very professional, focusing on good form and safety. The classes are a lot of fun, but also help build strength and flexibility. Highly recommend!
