Worst service in the industry. We had a chair made for my granddaughter. So many things wrong with it and no customer service for the repairs. The chair is now causing bruising on her from the poor craftsmanship and when we make an appointment for them to fix and adjust they are no call no show. Will be reporting them to the insurance company as well as the agency for disabilities.

National seating and mobility are very knowledgeable and professional. Carey has been a great help to me in answering all my questions for me to make sure I get exactly what I wanted and he replied to my many emails to him within an hour . I would most definitely go back to National seating mobility for all of my durable equipment needs and rest assured that I’m in good hands. I did post before stating that I wasn’t happy with Carey because he wasn’t answering my emails only to find out that I was sending those emails to someone else Lol. I believe it’s time for me to get my eyes checked out. Thank you Carey and I thank customer service at National seating and mobility in pompano beach Florida

I have a wheelchair on order with national seating mobility, through my insurance, and I recieved a
call on voicemail saying that the manufacturer needs to know a few things before they can complete my chair. So for the past 4 days I’ve been trying to get a hold of Carey to find out what do they need to know. I left numerous messages for him to call me but for the life of me I can’t get him to return my calls. Very unprofessional and I’m very upset with there customer service.

Just wanted to thank Mr. Kenny, during this time of crisis, for helping my confined husband get his wheelchair fixed remotely. Well done to Kenny and National Seating Mobility for coming up with this remote repair solution.

They answer really fast. Took care of our chair the same day. They do customizable chairs and also repairs. Very happy with the service. We will continue to come here
