Had problem with scooter. Called and was told their only technician would be out indefinitely. Had no other resources and extremely unhelpful. Think twice before going there.

I would not buy another product from this company, because when you tell them you have a warranty issue, they tell you to try something to fix the problem for one week. If it doesn’t work and that week puts you out of warranty, they want to charge you for the repair. IT IS A SCAM SO AS NOT TO TAKE CARE OF A WARRANTY ITEM.

I bought a Pride Go-Go CTS scooter from Mobility Scooter of South Florida, Inc on 7/27/2019.

On 1/27/2020, I called Tony and told him my scooter battery would not hold a charge.

He told me for 1 week to charge the battery every day for 8 to 10 hours. I did this and the battery still would not hold a charge. I called Tony on 2/3/2020 and he told me to bring it in for him to check.

I went there on 2/6/2020. He said it was out of the 6 month warranty and he could not do anything without talking to his boss. He called his boss and Tony said he was told that since it was out of warranty, they would not replace the batteries. They would sell me batteries at a discount, which the amount is more than they are sold on line.

I feel that since the issue was reported with in the warranty period, Mobility Scooter of South Florida, Inc. is responsible to replace the batteries.

Needed a new battery for my scooter. Woman told me what I want is not made for my go-go. Said she couldn’t talk now but would call right back. Two days later and she still hasn’t called. Got what I needed from Mobility Scooters also in Festival on Alcopulco Street.
I would never go back there.

I find it interesting that on February 20, 2019 with the State of Florida, Carlos Jerez Incorporated a business called Mobility Scooters of Florida Inc. Jason Gonsalvez is the owner of Mobility Scooters of South Florida Inc. Let it also be known that Carlos Jerez’s mother, Tonya Leon, owned Mobility Scooters Plus Inc (where Mobility Scooters of South Florida is currently), was placed under new ownership by Jason Gonsalvez, whom is Carlos Jerez’s known best friend. Both owners of these Florida Corporations have personal address history just blocks away and what appears to be a life-long friendship. Coincidence I don’t think so. Anyone with the right brain can figure this out. Find another place with honest people. When you get hosed, reflect on this review.

Lois Goldstein at this location, sold me a electric lift chair.
Took my money with as smile.
After chair was delivered, I had a problem and called (5 times) for help. She never ever called me back.
Find another place to buy your equipment.
Amended: If Lois Goldstein was out for a family emergency, why did not any employees tell me and offer their help?
